Without a doubt, Ibizan nature represents the most prominent appeal of the island. It has a surface of 572 m2 and 210 km of beaches that can be enjoyed all year round thanks to its warm temperatures and close to 3,000 hours of sun. Ibiza offers multiple possibilities to enjoy a swim in the sea on beaches that include a large array of services and different atmospheres.

The beaches on the island are known for their singular beauty and turquoise transparent water thanks to the oceanic posidonia on the seabed. It has been UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1999.

There are magical bays, like Cala d´Hort, overlooked by Es Vedrà islet; other singular beauties, such as Platges de Comte; rarely visited corners, as Es Pou des Lleó; and big and familiar beaches, such as Platja d’en Bossa and Es Figueral. The beaches of Ses Salines and Es Cavallet are within a protected natural environment. They have a dune system of great ecological value.

Playa d''en Bossa

Playa d''en Bossa, with its 2 km long, is the longest and best known on the island, considered one of the best beaches in Ibiza. In it you can find all kinds of water activities and services, restaurants and music venues.

Sa Caleta

Sa Caleta cove, also known by the name of Es Bol Nou, is a small cove in Ibiza, about 100 meters long, located in the south of the island. It is considered by many to be one of the best coves in Ibiza, being a quiet place, ideal for families. It is also a very popular cove among Ibizans, who fill it on weekends, so you will find that the towels and umbrellas form a kind of tetris.

Cala Moli

Cala Molí is a tiny cove near San Antonio, which is without a doubt one of the quietest and best coves in Ibiza. An ideal cove for those looking to lie down and relax, although it has an uncomfortable surface as it is not sandy but rather pebbles and boulders.

Cala Jondal

Cala Jondal is a beautiful beach with crystal clear waters, in a virgin environment of pine trees and cliffs, very visited by pleasure yachts. For the most part it has boulders rather than sand, however once you get into the water the ground is sandy.

Cala Bassa

Considered one of the most beautiful and best beaches in Ibiza, Cala Bassa is an authentic natural pool with calm, turquoise and shallow waters, which make it an ideal place to practice water sports. It is surrounded by a leafy forest of junipers, pines and tamarinds, among which you will find numerous corners where you can rest in the shade from the suffocating heat. To this cove of about 250 meters in length they usually go from families to young people in search of relaxation.
